Now that the Republicans control the house, many states have begun framing legislation aimed at requiring any Presidential candidate to provide positive identification that qualifies them according to Constitutional requirements. A person born outside the US cannot be President. Arnold Schwarzenegger for example cannot ever be a Presidential candidate as he was born in Austria. John McCain was subjected to lengthy interrogation by Democrats (including Barak Obama) who attempted to bar his candidacy because he was born outside of the US while his American parents were on military duty and stationed overseas. However there is a legislative exemption that applies in cases like McCain’s, and the Democrats failed to stop him.
Barak Obama has never produced anything other than an extremely dubious Certification of Live Birth and this has only ever been posted on the internet. Such documents are no real proof of where a person is born and are frequently given to people born overseas who have qualified as citizens. This is not the standard required if that person desires to run for President. To qualify Constitutionally, a candidate must be born in the US. The COLB does not prove this, and Obama has failed to provide any back up documentation such as a Long Form Birth Certificate identifying the hospital where the birth took place and the doctor present at the birth. So far Obama is probably a citizen, but he has completely failed to prove he was born in the US.
He has on different occasions claimed he was born at two different hospitals. Although Hawaii Dept of Health officials have claimed to have seen his LFBC, and other birth documentation on file in Hawaii, this has never been produced and Obama, who could easily sign a release allowing the public to view it, refuses to allow it to be produced.
Neil Abercrombie claims to be a long time friend of Barak Obama. He recently won the Hawaii Governorship race, and declared that he would end the controversy of Obama’s Constitutional eligibility by producing documents proving Obama’s birth. This was a bizarre claim, for the story up until then was always that the documents existed but could not be shown to the public because Obama would not sign off on their release. Had Abercrombie talked his friend Obama into releasing these documents? No such luck.
It appears that Abercrombie was just an unknowing dunce with only a superficial knowledge of the BC case and had spoken out of turn. Obama did not release the documents. Abercrombie, according to reports from his own office, searched the two hospitals but was unable to discover any documentation relating to Obama’s birth. There was nobody who had any memory of Obama being born there. Governor Abercrombie was forced to state that there was no documentation proving Obama was born in Hawaii.
So we are now in the interesting situation where states are requiring that such documentation be produced, but apparently Obama cannot produce it. If he cannot, he will be barred from a second term. Surely then it is legitimate to ask the question of the White House, “what plans do they have to deal with this possible impasse?”
Yesterday, Lester Kinsolving, WND’s correspondent at the White House Press briefing, asked the following question: “What does the President think of the move of 20% of the states to require presidential candidates to prove with documentation their natural born citizenship status in order to be on the president ballot in those states?”
Robert Gibbs, Obama’s Press Secretary refused to answer the question and successfully brushed it aside. Gibbs has always been an obsequious untrustworthy toady. His behaviour in this case is not unexpected. What is really disgraceful is the behaviour of the White House Press corp. Our mainstream media reporters and journalists as they are laughingly called. Not many people these days see them as any more than partisan traitors to the profession in which they work. Betrayers of the craft of journalism who worked hard to get Obama elected and now do all they can to keep him isolated from scrutiny and criticism.
If anyone still doubts that the media are contemptible partisan Obama supporters, I invite them to watch the very short video of yesterday’s White House incident below, and to note how quickly they leap to support Gibbs in his attempts to avoid Lester Kinsolving’s question. Jake Tapper even jerks to his feet and exits the room. Other journalists immediately begin smirking and sneering and interjecting. The furore enables Gibbs to easily avoid the question and quickly move on to the next one. The cowards and liars win again. These people are not journalists, they are part of Obama’s inner cabal of supporters and they are faking their role as reporters. The Obama government is corrupt to the core, and a big part of that corruption is that he has taken over the media.
The question Lester Kinsolving asked is a legitimate and timely question for at least two reasons. 1) What is Obama going to do about a second term if he fails to meet new Constitutional qualifications? (as looks likely) and 2) Considering the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood and Obama’s known connections to this group, shouldn’t the loyalty requirements the Constitution demands be important right now?
The media are complicit in a fraud. There needs to be an accounting for this fraud one day, and these cowards and liars badly underestimate the level of anger that exists towards them for their betrayal of their craft and their country. This will not be forgotten, and one day, if there is ever an opportunity to redress this wrong, those sitting smugly in the halls of power today will deeply regret their arrogance and deceit. They will not be safe forever.

This is an important Constitutional issue and these jackals treat it with utter disdain. I do not think for one second Obama is the loyal US citizen he needs to be as President.
Secondly, given that is is highly likely Obama will not be able to be on the ballot in those states that will from now on require a LFBC, wouldn’t you think his plans would be of interest?
What a unbelievable farce, and it is amazing to me that the media are continuing to so deliberately destroy their own position on this by so stubbornly refusing to deal with it.

[Reporter Mike Evans claimed on at least three occasions that Governor Abercrombie had told him there was no documentation. Evans later recanted the claim that the words came direct from Abercrombie and stated they were from Abercrombie’s office. Abercrombie has never challenged the essence of Mike Evan’s report or as far as I know denied it in any way.]

The CERTIFICATION is the short form COLB that has been released. A CERTIFICATE of Live Birth is the long form BC which Obama HAS NOT released.
Terminology is key and you are making an incorrect statement by using the word CERTIFICATE. People also tend to confuse US Citizen and Natural Born Citizen (sometimes intentionally). When people discuss this issue without being clear on the terminology the entire conversation gets muddled. Things tend to get stated that are not true.
Bottom line the CERTIFICATION of Live Birth he released is not PROOF of a Hawaiian birth. If it is legit then it would mean a LIKELY birth in Hawaii – but there are scenarios that would allow a foreign born child to be registered as Hawaiian born and acquire a document that looks exactly like the one Obama released.
The CERTIFICATE of Live Birth would list the hospital and contain additional info that would verify his birthplace. He claims to have been born at Kapi’olani. The CERTIFICATE of Live Birth would verify that claim.

Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.
Adams was employed at the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division from May 2008 through September 2008.
His position was senior elections clerk, overseeing a group of 50 to 60 employees responsible for verifying the identity of voters at the Absentee Ballot Office. It was in this capacity that Adams became aware of the search for Obama’s birth-certificate records.
“During the course of my employment,” Adams swears in the affidavit “I became aware that many requests were being made to the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division, the Hawaii Office of Elections, and the Hawaii Department of Health from around the country to obtain a copy of then-Senator Barack Obama’s long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate.”
As he inquired about the birth certificate, he says, his supervisors told him that the records were not on file at the Hawaii Department of Health.
“Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division told me on multiple occasions that no Hawaii long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Senator Obama in the Hawaii Department of Health,” Adams’ affidavit reads, “and there was no record that any such document had ever been on file in the Hawaii Department of Health or any other branch or department of the Hawaii government.”
In a recorded telephone interview, Adams told WND that it was common knowledge among election officials where he worked that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate could be found at the Hawaii Department of Health.
“My supervisor came and told me, ‘Of course, there’s no birth certificate. What? You stupid,’” Adams said. “She usually spoke well, but in saying this she reverted to a Hawaiian dialect. I really didn’t know how to respond to that. She said it and just walked off. She was quite a powerful lady.”
Moreover, Adams was told that neither Queens Memorial Hospital nor Kapi’olani Medical Center had any records of Obama’s birth at their medical facilities: “Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division further told me on multiple occasions that Hawaii State government officials had made inquires about Sen. At the moment Evan’s claims are all we have (apart from the sworn statement above). It would be good if someone could catch up with Abercrombie and ask him whether what Evans has claimed is correct. Obama has shown the official birth certificate of Hawaii, the one that is used by THOUSANDS of people every year, and THREE Republican officials have confirmed the facts on it. It is NOT possible for a person born outside of Hawaii to get a Hawaii birth certificate with a Hawaii location of birth on the document. Obama’s birth certificate has on it that he was born in Honolulu, and that fact has been confirmed by THREE Republican officials.

Abercrombie did not say any such thing. WND said that he said it, and Abercrombie DIDN’T SAY IT. Two Republican officials have stated that there is an original birth certificate in the file. Three, including the former Republican governor, have confirmed that Obama was born in Hawaii.

The fact that the legitimacy of the President to hold office according to Constitutional requirements is determined by two newspaper birth announcements is a ludicrous proposition. The birth could have been registered by the grandparents. The COLB is of extremely dubious nature. There is reputedly other information on file yet Obama refuses to release it.
The whole situation stinks to high heaven, and that stink is increased by Obama’s refusal to release whatever is on file and that apparently forms the basis for the COLB. Actually, it hasn’t cost millions or even hundreds of thousands. It is very cheap to get cases thrown out.
Obama has shown the official birth certificate, but there is no law that says that he has to show his school or college transcripts, and no president ever has (Bush’s was leaked by Yale, but he never showed it.)

Because he disobeyed a perfectly legal order, which was “go to Afghanistan.” As far as I know, all loyal US soldiers and marines who have been order to go to Afghanistan saluted and went, but this guy wanted to make an issue of the matter.
Well, the court ruled that the eligibility of a president has nothing to do with whether the order “go to Afgahnistan” is a legal order. There are very few illegal orders, and most of them have to do with an order from a junior officer running counter to an order from a higher level officer, and of course orders to commit war crimes are illegal orders.
But the order “go to Afghanistan” is not an illegal order. The Afghanistan War is a legal war, approved by Congress, and even if it wasn’t legal, a superior officer could probably order a lower level officer to go there to serve in a hospital. As a matter of fact, he could order a lower level officer to sweep the floor, and the officer would have to do it.
And, remember, Obama did not give the order.
As for secrecy, if you are referring to Obama’s college records, he has the right to decide when and if he wants to release them, as every president has and as future presidents will also have that right. And the birthers were asking for stupid things like his kindergarten records (I’ll bet that they do not even exist anymore) and his parents’ marriage license and the places where he lived while he was in college. In our country you have to fight every lawsuit against you, no matter how stupid it is.

But if they are there as so many have claimed in the past, why can’t Obama release them? A soldier would not be doing time now if Obama had just conceded to that simple request.

Answer: That was WND who said that Abercrombie said that the birth certificate was not on file or could not be found. But Abercrombie did not say any such thing, and we know that TWO Republican officials stated in writing, in a press release, there there was an original birth certificate in the file.

Yes, the original long-form birth certificate exists in the file. Hawaii, however, decided in 2001 when the short form birth certificate became the official birth certificate, that it would not send out copies of the original anymore, not even to the people who were born before 2001–and it hasn’t.

Answer: An unreliable Kenyan newspaper inserts the words “Kenyan-born” into an AP article because Obama’s father was born in Kenya and not necessarily because Obama was born in Kenya, and you believe that this is proof of birth in Kenya? If it had said that the newspaper had seen documents or had sources that said that he was born in Kenya, then you might want to ask for details, but it did not even do that. It just inserted the words “Kenyan-born” without citing proof and most likely just to remind its readers that Obama’s father came from Kenya.

Answer: I do hope that you know the difference between the verb HAS and the verb HAD.
Obama’s family HAD the original, which he found in the book. But they traveled a lot over the years, and like many people, they lost the original. So, in 2007 Obama asked Hawaii to send him the birth certificate. And Hawaii sent him the short-form certification of live birth. This is not the original, to be sure, but it is the OFFICIAL birth certificate of Hawaii, the one that Hawaii has sent out to everyone since it became the official birth certificate in 2001–even to people born before 2001.

Answer: I am glad that you have also admitted (apparently) that it must exist. However, there are two reasons why Obama does not have to make a copy of the original. The first is that the new birth certificate is the OFFICIAL birth certificate, and it is sufficient since it is accepted as proof of birth in the USA for thousands of people every year. The second reason is that Hawaii does not send out the original anymore, and did not send it to Obama, and would have to change its regulations to start sending it out again.

The site that you show Lie exposed- Hawaii Will Issue A Long Form Certificate if Requested does NOT prove that someone was able to get a long-form birth certificate subsequent to the short form becoming the official birth certificate. It claims to prove that someone got one, but it does NOT prove it.
The person has shown a copy of the original birth certificate and also showed a September 2010 receipt.
But that is not proof. It is easy to get a receipt, which is what they will send you when they send you the COLB.
And, it is also possible also to copy the original birth certificate. Many people have their original birth certificates, the ones that were sent to their families when they were born.
So, it is entirely possible that the person has still kept the original birth certificate and has made a copy of it, and showed the copy of the original issued years ago along it with a receipt for the COLB made in September 2010. She or he claims to have gotten the copy of the original birth certificate at the same time as the receipt: But she has NOT proven it.
The way to prove that Hawaii sends out the original is to ask the Hawaii DOH whether it sends out the original, and it will tell you–as it told me–as it has stated in the newspapers of Hawaii–that it has not sent out the original since 2001.
