While the Progressives like to run around calling those who fret over Obama’s constitutional eligibility as fruitcakes and nutters they should reflect upon the fact that the very first person to ever question his legal status was Bill Clinton. On Obama’s claimed birthday in 2008 Clinton said the following when appearing on Good Morning America.

“I never was mad at Sen. Obama,I think everybody’s got a right to run for president who qualifies under the Constitution. “

Secondly, the Clinton supporter and long time Democrat activist Philip Berg was responsible for kicking the whole sorry saga off. Berg filed a complaint in federal district court on August 21, 2008, against then Democratic Party presidential nominee Senator Barack Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission, alleging that Obama was born actually in Mombasa, Kenya and that the “Certification of Live Birth” on Obama’s website is a forgery. The court dismissed the complaint as “frivolous and not worthy of discussion.”

Its spun on from there and has now reached the stage where its a scandal that seriously threatens the US Presidency. Obama is probably a fraud, and Republican Donald Trump is pursuing that issue today, but the screeching left need to remember that it was the Clintons and their friend Philp Berg who started the ball rolling.
