Obama won a second term. He did it by deceit and fraud. The US elections have been corrupted almost beyond recovery by the left. It’s clear what has to be done to save the US republic. The question is, who is going to do it and how? Here are five simple steps to ensuring that the Democrats in their present form never win another election-
1) Introduce a poll tax. Nearly 50% of Americans, mainly Obama voters, pay no tax. Therefore there is nothing to stop them from voting for higher taxes, because it doesn’t affect them if taxes are raised. They see each election as Christmas, and Obama as Santa Claus. The left must be stopped from using your money to buy the votes of the lazy and stupid. Nearly 50% of Americans Don’t Pay Tax.
2) Switch off on all left wing propaganda outlets. That means most mainstream TV and newspapers. These are the organs that the left use most of all to corrupt democracy and rig elections. Any Conservative who supports these organs of leftist propaganda is only helping the left enslave them. Leftmedia corrupts our culture deeply and it must be put out of business. Don’t buy their newspapers, don’t watch their TV. Don’t give them a cent of your money. See how Republican failure to confront media bias helped them lose the election.
3) (Elect politicians who will) dismantle the public education system. It is a left wing stealth organisation designed not to educate but to brainwash. Youth travelling through this system have little hope of emerging from it with an objective political perspective. It’s sole purpose is to produce gullible stupid and brainwashed left wing voters. If you want a true appreciation of how bad this problem is read Jason Mattera’s book “Obama Zombies- How the Liberal Machine Brainwashed My Generation.”
4) Stop illegal immigration and send all illegal immigrants back to where they came from. Illegal immigrants use vote fraud to vote themselves entitlements and to undermine politicians who seek to shore up the barriers to illegal entry. Illegal Immigrants Accused of Vote Fraud.
5) Enforce voter identification and overhaul the voting system so as to eliminate fraud. Duplicate voting, using the ballots of dead voters, and fraudulent identities are all examples of the corrupt means the left use to swing the vote. The Left’s National Vote Fraud Strategy Exposed.
If we could ever implement the above five steps, the left in the USA (and other places) would never win another election.
Its not a question of Conservative values being outdated. There is no reason to give up on the principles of Conservatism, which are still the only existing rock solid defence against tyranny.
The problem is systematic vote fraud and widespread and endemic corruption of the electoral process by the left, and until we confront and deal with that issue, everything else is just a sideshow.

Face reality, the pinkos’ are much better orgnaised and strategic than the right. The conservative elite have no idea how to fight the creeping leftism that is engulfing America. You have to hand it to Axlerod, he knows how to run a campaign. It does not matter that 6 out of 10 white people voted for Romney, the Hispanics and Blacks voted in huge nembers for Obama. The Republicans will never attract that area of the voting public, including young females. Unfortunately any conservative movement in America is miles behind the 8 ball before they start. No chance in the forseeable future. The Clinton matriach will take over in 2016.

The biggest difference between the Left Party and the Right Party is that the Left Party does not have traitors to the party in it. I’ve been railing against them like forever, but getting very little respect from the talkshow hosts. Today Mark Levin is finally showing some respect for that point of view. Only time will prove if his conversion is for real. He’s changed because he’s finally on the receiving end of the betrayals! It is why I changed from calling them RINOs to SKUNCs (Statists Knowingly Undermining National Charters). It’ is much more to the point of their treachery than RINO could ever be.
Since Teddy Roosevelt the GOP has had its “Progressives.” The country’s radicals have always been protected by these statesmen who would intone, “well, you know, they do have a point. What’s the harm in hearing them out?”
And then they are the first to whittle away at conservative foundations. The radicals could never do that on their own.
This scheming of the Statists making use of the Left’s proddings entirely follows the process that Immanuel Kant laid out.
1. The radicals come up with some thesis.
2.They invent an antithesis and pin it on conservatives.
3.And then the SKUNCs synthesize an inroad on liberties to gain more power by devising some incremental compromise.
They’ve been doing that a little bit at a time for over 100 years, and now they are biting off much bigger chunks since they own the powers they need to get away with it. They are daring us to fight them now that they’ve dummed down most of those with the intellect to know that liberty needs them to defend her.

I’d add a sixth step: Get rid of the universal franchise.
Make paying tax (or having paid a certain amount of tax) the base requirement for voting.

Redbaiter, I liked your Poll-tax idea, but it wouldn’t fly. I can just imagine the riots if a poll tax was implemented. But essentially I agree; somehow the Republicans have got to find a way to level the playing field; the Dems get all the dumb vote; votes from people who should be nowhere near a polling booth. In a recent 2012 Pew quiz 60% of registered voters didn’t know that the Republicans controlled the House, and 15% didn’t know that Biden was the Vice President.
I am more in favour of restricting voting to tax payers and pensioners, or as I suggested on my blog yesterday http://www.theconservative.co.nz/?q=node/75 a simple political-awareness test would help protect democracy.
The US election was a clear signal of a failed democratic system; there has to be a better way.

Well maybe, but the US has IMHO probably one of the best systems of government. It’s just that the law is not upheld and constitutional restraints are ignored.
The Democrats have essentially been taken over by a gang of criminal Marxist thugs yet the Republican Party refuses to acknowledge this.
The Democrats are in pursuit of a political ideal that completely confronts the ideas underpinning the American Constitution, but the Republicans will not acknowledge or challenge on this.
The Republicans are cowards, and prepared to sell their country down the drain rather than call it as it is and identify today’s Democrats as the serious threat to the American Republic that they really are.
The Republicans are cowards.
That is the real problem.

It is becoming clearer every day that the only way to preserve democracy is to make no one person exempt from tax or any tax rise that might be voted for.
If a tax is to be paid, then everyone must share equally in the payment of that tax or democracy is lost.
This is a truth that may be unpalatable to some, but being a truth it has to be, must be said, and if there are consequences to speaking that truth then we must deal with them.
We cannot be prevented from speaking truth by threat of riots from people who do not like it.

I used to firmly believe the way to defeat the Marxist thuggery and multi-cultural enablers who have taken over western political parties was the removal of the universal franchise, restricting the franchise to only nett tax payers.
But King Barry’s re-election has shown I was wrong. He won so much big-money vote that removing the franchise would only (maybe) slow the problem. It’s now “cool” among the effete wankers on the Left and Right Coasts to “be liberal”. They poured money into King Barry’s campaign.
We must take steps other than the withdrawal of the franchise, but what? Prescribing the greens under anti-terrorism legislation would be a good start, but it’s only a start. What’s the solution? I fear there isn’t one until society eventually, inevitably collapses under its own weight.

Gantt, short of finding a way to coalesce a large number of people from the existing parties into one that I’d call the WHARE (We Have A Right to Exist) Party”, so that we have a common goal to war against the effete self-selects, nothing will change.
Because of the take-over of education and the minds of the young, it could be too late to begin to recognize and prepare for the risk I’ve long identified: that Misanthropes and Malthusians (sustainability true believers) are mixed in with the purely power hungry and they have a diametrically antithetical moral code to that of traditionally decent, normal people.
That’s a powerful and omnipresent force whose own hubris could bring about their end before our societies, but it’s a high risk to let them continue under their cover of being liberal and progressive (the exact opposite of their goal).
You are without doubt correct that society likely will collapse one way or the other. History reveals that once the members of the First Triumvirate appeared on stage together it was too late to stop the destruction of the Roman republic. (Kind of like Boehner’s strange concession speech before Romneyu gave his.) Rome’s last civil war would end in 25 years, and that one was merely to decide who would be emperor, Anthony or Octavian.
So few on our side have been heard on this subject these threats without being interrupted and marginalized by the SKUNCs and their thugs hidden among us (though not so hidden any longer like your Key and like our Boehner) .
Continued refusal to see that formidable force will bring about our end. By the time we succumb to their Agenda21 aim to corral us into Sustainable development population centers where we become at the mercy of our rulers (like Hurricane Sandy just demonstrated and continues to do so), our societies as we know them are doomed.

Why would you want to do that. Democracy is just another word for leftism.
More to the point, neither NZ nor the US were ever designed to be a democracy. The US was founded as a republic; NZ as a dominion. A republic and a dominion has absolutely nothing to do with idea of “democracy” – of “one person one vote” or even “one man one vote”.
The 20th Century has proved that neither are republic nor a dominion can be a “democracy” and remain true to their original intent.
