Yesterday on FOX News Bill O’Reilly and a couple of his co-commentators got into a shouting match over whether Obama is a Muslim and where he was born. I’m not that worried about the issue of Obama’s religion. He’s either a secular humanist or a Muslim, and as I don’t know for sure which, (although I suspect most likely the first) and as its a difficult thing to prove either way, I’ve never considered it an issue worth as much investigation as his Constitutional eligibility to be President.

O’Reilly is a disgusting Obama toady and I have lost all respect for him as the years have gone by. The most irritating thing has been his weak covering for Obama on the birth certificate issue. Claiming to have “seen the certificate”, and saying the COLB is “the certificate”, but most of all, in lockstep with the rest of the left wing media, for striving to portray the issue as the delusional concerns of a fringe group of kooks.

This is O’Reilly’s constant refrain- “oh it just doesn’t matter, oh, he was born in Hawaii, oh its just nutty.” This is a lie. The BC is a major issue in the eyes of many people. It is not unimportant. IT IS A CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUE. If the man does not qualify according to the constitution he should not be President. The Constitutional requirement for being natural born exists for a good reason, and that is to ensure the President’s loyalty is always going to be to the US and no other country. Obama has given enough reasons already for his loyalty to the US to be in question. If he was not born in the US he should have to resign.

O’Reilly’s constant claim that the matter is only of interest to a few crazies is a lie. A survey taken in the last few days shows that a majority of the Republican Party now doubt that Obama was born in America.

51% say they don’t think Barack Obama was born in the United States to just 28% who firmly believe that he was and 21% who are unsure.

So if the poll is accurate, Bill O’Reilly is in fact the fringe group, being part of that mere 28% of Republicans who firmly believe Obama was born in the US.

O’Reilly needs to stop lying about this and give some air time on his show to someone like Joseph Farrar, who has a good understanding of the facts. He won’t though because if he does, all of his and Glenn Beck’s past lies on the issue will become glaringly obvious.

Obama has made various claims about where and when he was born. The claims of the moment is that he was born in the Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women & Children in Honolulu, Hawaii on Friday, August 4th, 1961. No witnesses have been found to the birth. However, if this claim is true, Obama should have a long form birth certificate the same as the Nordyke twins, who were born the day after in the same hospital. (see pic below.) If Obama was born in the place he claims at the time he claims he will have such a long form certificate. Like the Nordyke twins have.

I don’t think he has got it because I do not think he was born there, and O’Reilly is a weak liar who should investigate the matter fully. So should Glenn Beck. In a CNN poll in August last year, only 42% agreed with Bill O’Reilly. Ongoing polling shows this figure is dropping fast. Still the mainstream media will not fully investigate the issue, a staggering fact and starkly in conflict with their zeal for investigating Sarah Palin or George Bush.
