We already know there are organised gangs of Obama trolls surfing the net posting robot like messages to blogs and discussion boards. Its happened to this blog. It appears now that this activity has been extended to fully fledged cyber attacks.

David Rivkin is a former White House lawyer who was the earliest voice to question the constitutionality of ObamaCare. From the beginning, he framed the legal debate through editorials he wrote in 2010 with partner Lee Casey for The Wall Street Journal as well as through numerous television appearances. About three weeks ago a Florida federal judge found that ObamaCare was unconstitutional and should be thrown out, ruling in favor of plaintiffs that include 26 states, the National Federation of Independent Business and two individuals, all represented by Rivkin.

David Rivkin’s site was crippled around midnight on 10th February by a massive Denial of Service attack. 10 million comments appeared within a five-minute time frame, destroying countless articles and interviews posted on the site.

“We are notifying the appropriate authorities and are confident the person responsible will be caught,” said Rivkin.

Well let’s hope so. Be very interesting to see what political connections the attackers might have.
