That so many people do not recognise the apparently natural left wing tilt of the mainstream media, or even worse, claim it is biased to the right, is something that never ceases to mystify me. There is so much evidence to the contrary the only explanation has to be rank and willful ignorance. In Australia at the moment, they’re doing their best to cover for Julia Gillard and her lies. In New Zealand, they gush over John Key because he’s just the kind of left wing bozo they always wanted to be leader of National.
Yesterday, Rush Limbaugh exposed yet another stark example of rank bias in the US in reporting on rising fuel prices. Rush highlights the fact that when Bush was President, there were 15 times as many mainstream media stories relating to the rising price of fuel as there are now that Obama is President.
“All three broadcast networks together averaged just one story about rising gas prices per day. In contrast, when gas prices rose similarly in 2008, the networks averaged more than one story, per network, per day. In contrast, when gas prices rose similarly in 2008, the networks averaged more than one story, per network, per day.” The bottom line is, the ratio of stories linking Bush to rising gas prices to stories about the rising gas pride today in the same period are 15 to one.
For every story about rising gas prices today there were 15 about Bush causing it, being responsible for it in 2008. And of course it was my superior, superb instincts that led to the question: “Where are these stories? I mean, the price is inching up: $3.30, that’s 70¢ away from four bucks,” and four bucks, we know, is the tipping point. So where’s all this catastrophic reporting? It just isn’t there. There’s no point about it other than it is what it is. The media’s not interested in reporting it. This is Obama reelect time.
Make no mistake. The US mainstream media is an active arm of the Democrat Party, acting as a force to pervert democracy, and the Democrat Party is nowadays controlled by the far left, whose intent is to incrementally destroy democracy. Any politician, patriot or Conservative who does not acknowledge these two salient facts is never going to be an effective soldier against the creeping poison of global socialism.

On FOX last night they reported that the Wisconsin protestor who have occupied the Capitol were ordered out overnight and when they left the building still smelt like a WC and they have done $7,500,000 dollars worth of damage (which might make a good post)…
FOX made the point that if the Tea Party had unlawfully occupied a building, filled it with a rank smell and caused $7,500,000 of damage to be picked up by the state taxpayers it would be headline news in every paper… These hippie idiots do it and – nothing…
