National should pledge to create such a site in its second term- BLAH…!!!

The title is taken from Mr. Farrar’s comment on the Australian My School site.

WTF does that mean?? Why the hell can’t they do one right now? What the hell is the problem with a website that gives parents information that its has to wait for a second term?? Hell’s bells why is there this weak frightened timidity abroad in National. Given the appalling state of the NZ education system, they should have had the site up before Australia.

Pffft, what a washout as a government.

My School-

* an easy-to-use profile page with key facts and figures;
* financial information for each school;
* an indication of students’ literacy and numeracy achievement as they progress through school; and
* students’ NAPLAN performance over a number of years.

Really- whats the damn problem??

My School Australia.

    This sounds suspiciously close to Nancy Pelosi’s smartass comment about ObamaCare “We have to pass this bill to see what’s in it.” You gotta reelect National to see their blooming new web site? They’re pissing on you and then telling you it’s rain.

    As managers of the government, National make good servants of the left.

    Everything will happen in the second term–unicorns will frolic in the meadows, kids will get a real education, all welfare abuse will cease and petty bureaucrats will resign en-masse and let people get on with making a living.
    Just re-elect John Key’s dream team and watch in amazement as the socialist juggernaut is rolled back.
    Honest.
