Let me just say that Trump may just be “rattling the Birthers cages”, he can run or he may have grown accustomed to media attention this non-issue would create.
Our current President travelled under a USA passport long before he was elected President, but I guess the quacky BIRTHERS, must believe that the USCIS – United States Passport was in on the lie, please, grow up, you are wrong!

Bez, these people are flat out trying to pass this off as a minor issue but it is not and it is going to blow up in their faces. Karl Rove is another one who needs his arse kicked for constantly playing it down. He says its a “distraction”. WTF does that mean? Nothing to stop people going after Obama on the BC and policy at the same time.
The whole political establishment is trying to cover for Obama on this, and it has become a battle between the people and the political class. Even Dick Cheney is in trouble for signing off on this imposter, but not half as much trouble as Nancy Pelosi will be.

Let me be clear.
Take your case to a US Court (we all know you have no verifiable facts) and win or the voting majority will continue to see you as dumb, stupid or racist, maybe all three. Can you blame them? Everyone has been laughing at you (not with you) even the Supreme Court (Orly Taitz is a failure).

If you knew anything at all about this issue, you would know that the ‘birthers’ (you condescending fucktard) don’t actually have to prove anything. The Kenyan muslim Barry Soetero has to prove he is eligible for the office he holds. He has not done so and, in fact, has spent a boatload of money obfuscating and blocking access to the records that *would* prove his eligibility or otherwise.
This is an issue that will not go away. In 2012 Barry Soetero is going to be turfed out of the office in which he has been squatting, not because he is ineligible to hold that office, but because he has been the single worst holder of that office in the last 100 years. The fact he never should have held the office in the first place will determine whether he goes back to mafia headquarters in Illinois, or to the federal correctional facility (I know, I know, they should be one and the same).

Redbaiter: Of course I apreciate the insistence in the US Constitution that the President cannot be foreign born. That is a rule which is more than 230 years old. It was included to prevent the Poms making a return after the War of Independence. I suggest that the prospects of the Poms wanting to take any action to reclaim their messy former colony are slight/non-existent. If the Constitution was further amended to abrogate the birth requirement, is it likely a string of foreigners would appear to try on the Presidency? I doubt it. Still, I cannot give a toss where the Jack-Ass was born.

I am sure he is willing to debate you on any point on this issue…

How “old” it is doesn’t matter a fig, and it is not a “rule”, it is a condition of constitutional eligibility. In other words not negotiable. Least of all on the basis of how damn old it is.
It had no regional limitiations. (Poms) The purpose was to ensure the President’s loyalty to the US, and to ensure that loyalty was not compromised by any personal attachments ot any other country or organisation that might cause the sovereignty of the US to be be compromised.
That is why in the legal terminology explained in this diagram, the President must be born of two US citizens both born in the US, and himself born in the US. His loyalty to the US and only to the US should never be in doubt.
Obama has showed enough disrespect for US sovereignty already to put his loyalty in more than some doubt. He has already demonstrated his willingness to defer to other countries and more importantly the UN.
He does not understand what the US is all about, and a big part of this failure to understand could well be rooted in his connections to and empathy for other countries’ cultures religions and political organisations. No only the UN but possibly even the Muslim brotherhood.
In other words, a usurper has been elected, and he is behaving in just the manner the constitutional natural born clause seeks to prevent.
The framers of the Constitution Cadwallader were pretty smart people. Possibly even smarter than you and I. They designed the constitution to underpin the American Republic for centuries, and not for it to become “old”, which is a concept that liberals frequently try to attack it on.
The US is a Constitutional Republic. Not a socialist democracy. There is a big difference, and unless you appreciate that difference you won’t get the true importance of the Constitution and the true significance of every measure within it.
