Defence Minister Jonathon Coleman says “The Defence Force has embarked on a series of changes to ensure health and safety is a priority.” Like what? Not going to war??

This is a reaction to a soldier drowning after falling from an inflatable in a life jacket that did not inflate because the inflation cylinder was empty of compressed air. Its terrible of course that a soldier died in this way. But Health and Safety policies in the Defence Forces? Give me a break. Wonder what the policy says about being shot at.
