Daily Mail Heavily Criticised For Bigoted Attack on EDL

The Daily Mail called it a “Special Investigation”. It wasn’t of course. It was an article that typifies what the mainstream media are these days. Lying smearing politically corrupt cowards. The piece was nothing but a deliberately contrived hit piece designed to dovetail with the propaganda of anti EDL groups like the misnamed UAF (Unite Against Fascism). It was designed to follow on from the atrociously biased reporting of the far left Guardian newspaper. It was not an honest investigative report. The “investigators” had a predetermined view and set out to find “facts” to support that view. However, the Daily Mail has been caught out.

Once again the internet saves people from the lies of the scum calling themselves journalists and who wrote such appallingly bigoted articles. The article has a comments section, and that’s where the Mail and its poison comes completely undone. The comments are a tidal wave of opposition to the article, and rating of the comments provides overwhelming support for the EDL. Clearly the Daily Mail is wildly out of sync with its readers.

One inaccuracy stands out starkly. The writers claim the EDL have invited US Pastor Terry Jones, infamous for his threat to burn the Koran, to address them. The EDL has actually uninvited Jones because they object to his views on race and homosexuality.

The Daily Mail article is here. At the time I wrote this there were about 250 comments with the majority overwhelmingly condemning the article as disgracefully biased reporting, and expressing a great degree of dissatisfaction with the Daily Mail. Keep it up guys and girls. We will bring down this rotten mainstream media edifice completely one day, and when they produce such rubbish as this “Special Investigation”, that day gets so much nearer.

I’ve never heard of this EDL before but the article reads like it was submitted in crayon…

The stereotypes are hilarious; why is it that “patriots” are always have skin heads, tattoos, live on estates, blah, blah, blah…
