Its time Sarah Palin and Alan West and a host of other potential Republican candidates manned up on the Obama eligibility and stopped being intimidated by the mainstream media’s attempts to shape opinion on the issue. Donald Trump speaks quite openly on his doubts concerning where Obama was born. The odious leftist Rudy Giuliani comes out again today with false propaganda on the issue.
Fact Number 1- The Certification of Live Birth that Obama has posted on the internet does not prove he was born in America and therefore does not prove he is eligible to be President of The United States.
Fact Number 2- Nancy Pelosi committed fraud when she certified Obama as eligible on the state ballot registration forms in Hawaii.
Fact Number 3- The wording was altered on the registration form for every other state so as NOT TO Certify Obama as eligible according to the Constitution.
If these candidates want to be taken seriously as Presidential Candidates they better start demonstrating that they have the right amount of regard for the American Constitution. Constantly fobbing off the question of Obama’s eligibility shows no such regard, and also shows an inability to raise the political backbone to deal with the left wing mainstream media. Palin and West need to wise up. It is not a minor issue.
The President is a fraud. The emperor has no clothes- Say IT DAMN YOU.
Here’s a question for you all to ponder-
Imagine if Sarah Palin was President and hiding her background like Barak Obama. Would it still be a “minor issue”?

This is most definitely the WRONG TIME to be a shrinking violet over this issue. These people (Obama, Pelosi et al) need to be held to account, convicted of treason, and sentenced accordingly. To not follow through on this is to implicitly condone their actions!

Why not? It’s Hawaii’s official birth certificate. It’s stamped, certified, claims to be a prima facie document and clearly says that President Obama was born in Hawaii of August of 1961.
Why isn’t it enough for you?

A Certification of Live Birth is not a Birth Certificate and does not guarantee birth in the US. They have been issued as a result of US citizenship. To people not born in the US but qualifying as citizens. That’s why.

Check this diagram Bill. All Presidential candidates must prove they can qualify as designated in the centre (blue) “Optimo Jure” category. There is no firm evidence Obama meets these requirements.

That’s just not true. Janice Okubo with the Hawaii Department of Health has clearly stated that the COLB is indeed Hawaii’s official birth certificate. You send in your fee and this is what you get. It clearly says that Obama was born in Hawaii.
With your line of reasoning, you’re saying that the state of Hawaii was in the business of naturalizing anyone who wished to become a U.S. citizen. But I’ve yet to see any, much less scores, maybe hundreds , of folks with Hawaii COLBs testifying they were born in Hawaii when they weren’t. And I’m talking about when Hawaii became a state, not a century before. (Maya Soetero’s COLB was a birther myth too.)

Thanks, Redbaiter, but I’m afraid there are only two ways to be an American citizen: natural and naturalized. As Obama was born in Hawaii, he is a natural born citizen, and eligible to be President. Any court will uphold this. His certified COLB confirms his birth in Hawaii.

Bill- A website run by the state of Hawaii states “Amended certificates of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country.”
What Janice Okubo said at different times is a matter of some conjecture. I won’t go into that. The final statement on the issue was made by Hawaii Health Director Chiyome Fukino on July 27th 2009. Note she does not say “original birth certificate”, the phrase that had been used previously.She says vital records at the expense of that original phrase. So which one was correct?
Given Fukino’s was the latest statement and was made after her dept had been put under some pressure, it would seem this would be the most current situation.
So Okubo must have been lying when she previously said she had seen the original birth certificate.
It is notable that attempts to find legal justification for Fukino’s assesment of Obama’s birth status through the Attorney General’s dept have been stone walled. They will not verify either Okubo’s or Fukino’s statements or the legal opinions expressed therein.
The fact remains – if a long form birth certificate exists, Obama should produce it. If one does not exist, he can apply for one using the current form for that purpose. Of course that document will not be supplied if the required information (doctor, hospital etc) is not on file.

I don’t know what data you’re expecting to see on the President’s long-form birth certificate that’s not on the COLB as it pertains to his eligibility. I trust you’ll be holding all candidates to this requirement, and I wish you well with your blog.

here is the proof that Obama’s “Certification of Live Birth” means nothing.
Amended certifications of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country.
This is straight from the Hawaii Department Of Health Website.
In other words, the “Certification of Live Birth” posted on Obama’s website, Factcheck.org and the Daily KOS doesn’t prove anything, simply because someone born in a foreign country could file for an amended certification .
The simple fact is, the paper version of this “COLB” has never been examined by any controlling legal authority. The only people to have ever seen this document are Obama’s operatives in his campaign and at FactCheck.org.
A Certification of Live Birth is not a Birth Certificate. Obama’s sister Maya was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, but Anna Dunham registered her as “born in Honolulu” shortly after her birth. Maya has a State of Hawaii Certification of Live Birth, just like Obama — proves nothing.
