The dates in this document are ‘Americanised’ – month/day/year. Kenya was a British colony and would have used the traditional day/month/year. I have great difficulty believing this is the real BC.
I think there is something more to Obama’s hiding his BC; more likely his parentage is not as claimed/or it a totally fake ID based on a dead child.

Mawm, I do not know if this document is genuine or fake, but there are plentiful claims on the net that Kenya commonly uses both date formats.
