Judaism, Christianity and Islam all share a common thread of lineage. They just disagree on the details such as who really is the true prophet. Given their origins are from illiterate goat and sheep herders, some slaves and a tradesman all of whom suffered from no education, bad diets, hallucinations and chronic dehydration, why on earth would anyone in their right mind place any importance on these bizarre thoughts?
Which is a pretty cheap question, and it produced predictably boring responses from most of the dead heads on the panel. Right wing commentator Gerard Henderson livened things up a bit by re-directing the emphasis on to the Greens (Watermelons). Gerard remarked that if we were going to criticise people for bizarre behaviour, surely the watermelons deserve as much scrutiny as anyone. Especially the ones that work at the ABC.

I’ve been reading Gerard for years. Excellent value. Don’t see him much on Q & A because his rhetoric is so fatal to the left.
