Colin Craig Not Splitting Vote- National Is

I’m kind of mystified as why so many in the media are stating that Colin Craig is “splitting the vote” in Rodney and therefore increasing the slim chance of a Labour win.

I don’t get why Craig is seen as the vote splitter. If his polling is correct, and he is the most popular candidate with a 10 point leader over the National party candidate, wouldn’t the Nat party candidate qualify more as the vote splitter?

    Let’s hope the Conservatives split the vote with Winston First and WF gets 4.99% of the vote.
