Michael Moore is busy pandering to the violent left again. Sending them signals and at the same time warning other people of what will happen if the “poor” are not given their due. The implication of his words is clear. “Give us our political way now, ie allow us to legislate to take more of what you have earned, or face violence in the future.” While they posture as sharing caring liberals, history clearly tells us that violence is always the left’s end game.
The hypocrisy is that so many of these rich leftists run tax shelters and trusts and have highly paid accountants and lawyers working for them to minimize their taxes. When all they need to do is write out a cheque to the IRD for half or more of the profits of any book they write or any movie they make or star in.
Matt Damon, Sean Penn, Michael Moore, Warren Buffet, there’s nothing to stop them giving as much money as they feel like to the IRD. They don’t though. They minimize their taxes like everyone else. Just liars hypocrites and poseurs.
As for appeasing them, and giving them the right to take even more off the productive, its a waste of time. Moore and his comrades want violence. It is their long term plan. Wealth transfer is just one excuse, and if you cede them a greater part of your income this time, they’ll only come up with more demands in the future, each one more impossible than the last, until finally they have the opportunity for the bloodshed they have always lusted after.
To Michael Moore I say, “So why not bring it on now fat boy. Let’s see what you reds have really got.”
