Hooray!- Fight Back At Last. Get After The Slimy Little Eco-tyrants

Developers in NSW are taking class action to combat restrictions on land development resulting from rising sea level predictions.

Of course the predictions are entirely fake, and the autocratic little commie scum who put the regulations in place should be jailed for fraud.

The Lake Macquarie City Council will need to defend its edicts regarding waterfront land in court. Similar action is being taken in other class action lawsuits against other councils with the same regulations.

Hooray for the fight back. At last. The full house of the Hunter Business Association reportedly roared with approval at news of the planned legal action.

The same needs to happen in NZ, where eco-tyrants have enacted similar restrictions on coastal land. I have advocated they be sued for some years now. Glad to see it finally happening. These fascist tyrants don’t have a damn leg to stand on and should face significant damage claims.

Full story here.

what would be interesting if is a Waitangi tribunal claim was taken against the councils for minimising the land-owners ability to subdivide or develop their land with-out recompense.
the winners of course would be the fucking lawyers

The fightback against the little nazis has to start at this level, both with councils and schools. It’s about bloody time parents started taking an interest in the crap that’s being fed to their kids by marxist teachers and about time they started making life very difficult for council leeches.
The solution doesn’t reside in politics as such, but in concerted community revolt. Given the revolt, opportunist slimeball pollies will soon climb aboard the bandwagon, because they don’t “lead” so much as identify a direction and place themselves at the head of it.

In recent times the Tasman District Council’s “resource consent” insistence that a multi-million dollar sea front development take account of the “global warming” rising sea level bushwah was instrumental in the developer pulling the plug.

Such council bureaucrat scum still get paid every two weeks – so no worries for them.

You’ve seen nothing until you’ve seen a NSW Council “tree inspector”.
These are not astronauts and festering in each is a socialist hatred of anyone who is materially better off than themselves, with, say, a water view.
These disturbed individuals were tasked with ensuring no property owner touches any tree with a diameter of 7″+ and doesn’t clear foliage closer than 9′ from the house structure.

A few years ago the owner of a 60′ gum tree that the owner had repeatedly pleaded in writing to be allowed to remove fell through a house and totalled half of it.
    The Council was held liable.
It changed its bylaws to allow owners to remove trees whose fall would strike a building.
The only thing between us and the Statists is the judiciary and even that is too often luck of the draw.

I find that my Council now responds well, ie backs down, to threats to run them through the Land and Environment Court….. ironic, the Greens thought that Court was going to be their private Star Chamber.
    Never assume boys.

Drives me completly mental the power they have accrued to themselves ,all in the face of simple common sense.
That guy who saved his house in the australian bushfires was it 2 years ago cos he maintained a clear zone of a couple of hundred meters and he was subject to prosecution.!
In Dunedin, which is broke, the Council is spending our money investigating climate change cos there’s an eco warrior or 2 on board and the rest are deluded fools ,bar one or two!
Here’s a real life tragedy courtesy of the tree huggers.

Councils are due for a major attitude adjustment. They’re all out of control completely and full of facists and tyrants.

Of course we all know the enviro-Marxists value trees well above human life. Kowtow’s ODT article further highlights this:

The widow of the Queenstown farmer killed when an ageing poplar tree fell on his ute in high winds while he drove along Lower Shotover Rd says she is “absolutely mortified” the Queenstown Lakes District Council has taken 11 weeks to “go back to square one”.

Farmer and businesswoman Cindy Liggett was asked by the Otago Daily Times for her comments on an arborist’s finding yesterday only three of the 67 poplar trees along Lower Shotover Rd are “sound”.

The other 64 were decayed and “compromised in stability” and should be removed, the arborist said.

How the hell can the council be ignorant when 64 of 67 trees are unsound?!
The council members involved should all be done for manslaughter IMHO. When are we going to start holding these arse-covering bureaucrats to account?! Words really do fail.

Kris……the NZ concept of ‘no fault negligence’ will save the Queenstown Council from any legal responsibility for what it should have known.
