New Obama Bill (NDAA) Believed To Allow Stasi Style Arrest and Detention of US Citizens

For the sake of those educated in the socialist school system, a few words on the Stasi, from Wikipedia-

The Ministry for State Security was the official state security service of East Germany. Headquartered in East Berlin, it was widely regarded as one of the most effective and repressive intelligence and secret police agencies in the world. The MfS motto was “Schild und Schwert der Partei” (Shield and Sword of the Party), that is the ruling Socialist Unity Party of Germany.

Now, I’m not sure that what I’m reading on this bill is accurate. However knowing the Obama administration as basically an extreme left Marxist organisation who get their political inspiration from those who once lived behind the Berlin wall, it would not surprise me if the claims turned out true. Infowars, (whom I don’t trust that much) claim that-

Senator McCain also told Rand Paul during a hearing on the bill that American citizens could be declared an enemy combatant, sent to Guantanamo Bay and detained indefinitely, “no matter who they are.”

The Obama administration announced today it would support passage of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which contains slightly watered-down provisions giving the military a front line role in domestic terrorism cases.

“By signing this defense spending bill, President Obama will go down in history as the president who enshrined indefinite detention without trial in U.S. law,” said Kenneth Roth, executive director of Human Rights Watch. “In the past, Obama has lauded the importance of being on the right side of history, but today he is definitely on the wrong side.”

So Human Rights watch (another untrustful source) and Alex Jones are saying the same thing. Robert Chesny blogs on it here and seems to think it is OK.

I’ll hold my judgment. Who the hell trusts politicians, especially these days and with commies in the Whitehouse?

Posted with particular reference to this morning’s news of the police raid on anti-warming blogger Tallbloke’s Talkshop.

I can hear the wild dogs howling in the distance.

US bankruptcy plus the US statist elites from the DemRep mega party panicking over their ability to control the plebs, are a sword of Damocles hanging over theUS.

The final nail will be when the US$ is replaced as world reserve currency by a basket for oil pricing, at first…….then the US can’t print paper to pay its debts and Mad Max is close.

Reading it carefully and some of the comments on it, it seems to me that it has a lot in common with the Brit’s anti-terrorism laws.
In other words, it confers enormous power and the people are expected to accept government assurances that the power will be used sparingly and not against it’s own citizens.
I don’t trust the bastards. Any power they have, they will eventually use.
