Readers of this blog will already know how bullying has been seized upon by the left as another means to divide us, and to encourage the gullible among us to seek out big government for support and solutions. All grist for the mill of that essential part of life these days, the taxpayer funded social worker.

The point is that bullying has been pushed hard in the media these days, and almost everywhere you look there’s some example of some victim and some aggressor and the situation being exposed by some hard working and compassionate “journalist”.

Now, the National government wants to do something about the housing shortage in Auckland. Brainless Brian Rudman, a communist propagandist who has for years rejoiced in the misnomer of “journalist” at the Green Left Weekly, doesn’t agree with what is being proposed. So how does he get traction for his opposition? He uses his position at the Herald to level allegations of “bullying” at the National Minister involved. (Nick Smith, still as odious as ever but being unfairly labelled this time)

So we see how the left’s current pre-occupation with “bullying” has it its heart a darker intent, and that is to label anyone who strongly challenges leftist orthodoxy as being an intimidating and threatening menace. Its how they always work, and everything they pick up and run with always has a political intent.

I always knew this was behind the anti-bullying campaign, and its hardly any surprise that the dedicated Marxist Rudman is in a rush to gain an advantage from it.
