Just had my latest Speed Camera ticket dismissed by the Judge.
Took 13 Months.

It had 7 parts some of it case law of successful cases against speed camera tickets in NZ.
In the break I overheard the prosecutor asking the Police to downgrade some charges because he didn’t like to lose.
For my case the Police witness failed to appear and no information was offered so the case was dismissed.
So I will file my defense for the next one.
