I’m really over Glenn Beck. He persistently promotes himself as someone who cares about the US Constitution, yet here he is on the O’Reilly show sneering and scoffing and trying to belittle Donald Trump (on the BC issue) with as much gusto as any leftist. How can he do this and then be sincere in his professed concerns for the application of Constitutional law?
Trump is in the right, he’s brave, and we need to support him on this issue. If Beck cannot do that simple thing then he’s off my Christmas card list. There is absolutely no reason why Obama can not be hit on his BC and policy simultaneously, and there is not one shred of proof for the claim that Karl Rove so often makes, that Obama is setting the BC issue up as a diversion.
In my judgment, the Democrats and their media collaborators betray again and again that their attempts to downplay this issue are fake and they are really, underneath their smug and arrogant veneer, as worried as hell.
As I watched the video below I found my respect for Beck slipping quickly away. I just do not like him anymore. BC issue about 2min 30 secs in.

The COLB is not sufficient to qualify a President Constitutionally, the statements are riddled with inconsistencies. Obama’s whole background is murky, inconsistent and suspicious. If he had any regard for the office of President, and the people of the United States, we would open all records he has sealed, including the documents that gave rise to the the COLB and supposedly on file at the Dept of Health in Hawaii.

A Certification of Live Birth (COLB), Hawaiian or otherwise, is an abridged substitute or abstract for an original and unabridged long form birth certificate such as the Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth (BC). An original BC must exist before a COLB can be abstracted from the BC. COLB is intended and designed to hide or not disclose certain personal information which exists on the original BC, while providing an official document issued by the state government affirming that there is a BC on file with the state government. Since the COLB is an abridged substitute for the original BC, it is not accepted by the Government of the State of Hawaii and many other governments as sufficient evidence of live birth for an individual person when only the unabridged BC is mandated by law and/or regulation as adequate documentation for an official purpose. It is true the COLB is the official Certification of Live Birth of Hawaii, it is a false statement to say it is the same as the Certificate of Live Birth which is truly “the official birth certificate of Hawaii.”
It is also untrue to say “You’ve got a COLB […].” The political activist organizations displayed two or more different COLB documents to the video cameras of the news media, and each of those COLB documents were amateurish and poorly made forgeries. The fact they were forgeries can be seen by the fact they are different in their details and the paper background images were copied from the wrong series of years in a personal computer image editing software. Any lawfully made and printed Hawaiian COLB would have only one consistent image detail, and it would use a paper background image consistent with the year it was issued, unlike the forged documents displayed to the news media.
The authorities at the Hawaiian Department f Health have carefully worded their statements to avoid answering any questions about the authenticity of the COLB documents displayed to the news media video cameras by Obama’s political activist organizations.
None of the purported Hawaiian COLB documents, which appear to be forgeries, have ever been authenticated by a court, other governmental authority, or credible and independent investigator as a genuine and/or accurate COLB issued by the State of Hawaii.

Whether or not Obama’s name appears in “the Hawaii index data” is a strawman argument used to distract attention away from Obama’s ineligibility to serve in the Office of the President. Even in the hypothetical circumstance where the existence of an authentic and non-fraudulent Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth could be proven, it would do nothing whatsoever to change the fact that Obama was by his own admissions a natural born British subject and inheritor of his father’s British citizenship. The United States Government does not recognize the lawful existence of dual citizenship, although decisions of the Supreme Court of the United States have made it necessary to disregard consideration it in limited special circumstances. The Founding Fathers explicitly wrote the Consitution with a clause excluding future natural born British subjects and/or citizens from eligibility to serve in the Office of the President. Obama says he was born with his father’s British citizenship, regardless of what type if any U.S. citizenship he was or was not born with.
Although evidence in the Obama birth certificate controversy cannot prove Obama was not born with his father’s British citizenship, it is possible the evidence could prove he was born without any U.S. citizenship whatsoever, and any U.S. citizenship documents he has possessed were obtained by his family and himslef by fraudulent means. The U.S. Congress during the Clinton Administration ordered a report to be prepared and was delivered about 2000 in which it was detailed how the issuance and usage of fraudulent birth certificates, social security cards, driver’s licenses, and other foundational identity documents is a rampant crime among illegal aliens and identity thieves. The report also describes how it is virtually impossible to persuade prosecutors and courts to prosecute such felony violations of the law. Consequently, it is quite possible and even probable for a family to obtain a Hawaiian birth certificate and other identity documents by illegal and fraudulent means for Obama or another child if and when they are born without an actual basis for U.S. citizenship.
Since the State of Hawaii permitted the live birth of a child born in another U.S. State or in a foreign nation to be registered as a Hawaiian birth when the parents were both Hawaiian citizens or legal residents for the specified period of time, it is possible for Obama’s family to have fraudulently registered his birth in Hawaii. A very likely scenario is that Madelyn Dunham, Obama’s maternal grandmother, helped her daughter to register the birth in Hawaii, even while her daughter and grandson where not in Hawaii. All she had to do was pickup the birth registration form, fill out the blanks, and falsely claim the parents were Hawaiian citizens and/or residents for the required minimum time period. Since the child’s father was never a U.S. citizen and was never a legal resident of Hawaii as required by Hawaiian law, the child did not qualify to be registered as the birth of Hawaiian outside the boundaries of Hawaii or the United States.
Since the State of Hawaii did not take any steps to verify the information supplied on the birth registration form, the State of Hawaii issues a Certificate of Live Birth with a notation on the document indicating it is unverified by an authorized official such as an attending physician at the time of birth. Such an unverified Certificate of Birth is deemed by the State of Hawaii as insufficient proof of birth for some official purposes. Nonetheless, such an unverified registration of birth and unverified Certificate of Birth does produce an entry of the registration in the index of birth registrations even when fraudulent and unverified.
If Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth was obtained by an illegal and fraudulent perjury on the birth registration form filed by his family at the time of his birth, such a circumstance would explain all of the efforts to not release a copy of the original certificate of Live Birth and the attempts to use forgeries of the Certification of Live Birth as substitutes for the original and falsified birth registration.
Another interesting wrinkle in the statements made by the Hawaiian authorities is the careful way in which they are tiptoeing around with carefully worded and often self-contradicting comments. Governor Lingle, the Republican Governor, did not say she had personally seen Obama’s birth certificate. Her carefully worded statement said she asked the Hawaiian administrators to look and report back to her about what they found or did not find. Thier statements often do not add up and suspicious, especially after Governor Abercrombie’s failed attempt to disclose proof. For example:
It should be noted how the mother’s divorce papers and Obama’s school registration record in Indonesia indicate he was adopted by his stepfather, Lolo Soetoro. Under normal circumstances, it is to be expected the State of Hawaii would have or may have sealed the child’s original Certificate of live Birth registered as Barack Hussein Obama II and reissued a new Certificate of Live Birth giving a new name reflecting the adoption of the child such as Barry Soetoro. In such a case, the Certification of Live Birth (COLB) Obama’s political activists waved around in front of the news media video cameras should have borne the name of something like Barry Soetoro and not his original birth name of Barack Hussein Obama II. Barry Soetoro is the name he used in his youth, so you have to wonder how he managed to have the State of Hawaii reverse his adoption and obtain his presumably sealed original Certificate of Live Birth, or is it still sealed? These are perfectly reasonable questions to be asked of any Presidential candidate who says he was born with his father’s British citizenship.
Why not? Everyone has to produce a Certificate of Live Birth at one or more times in their lives as proof of their age, citizenship, and other facts of birth. Given the Congressional report evidencing the pervasive use of forged and fraudulently obtained birth certificates, social security numbers, and drivers licenses with virtually no prosecutions of violations even when discovered, it is perfectly reasonable to suspect it is quite possible for historically monumental political and financial gain, especially now that we now it was done once before by a previous President who got away with it in the absence of modern communications. It is insane to think it is unreasonable to require proof of U.S. citizenship and a valid Certificate of Live Birth before you give a person the authority to command the nuclear weapons arsenal of the United States of America!

What’s even more interesting, it is impossible to detect a forgery from a computer image. I can’t agree with you here either.

Red, I just watched the clip in your OP. Are these guys supposed to be of the Right, or are they Obots? I can’t tell from that exchange, but it seems like they’ve swallowed the Democrat talking points sentence-by-sentence.
Trump is quite right to chase the BC issue*. Other candidates should chase him on his utter and abject failure to faithfully execute the office and uphold the Constitution. No candidate, or Conservative commentator, should be ridiculing any other candidate or commentator who attacks Barry Soetero the Shadow Man on any of the issues, because attacking him on multiple fronts will only heap humiliation on the humiliation he will surely suffer next year. When the Conservatives turn on each other, they are detracting from the real issue, which is:
Even if he is eligible (which I don’t believe he is), he is without exception the worst person to have held the office for at least the last 100 years, and possibly ever. Obama is the enemy of the United States of America, and must be evicted from the White House in 2012.

It is indeed very difficult to understand where Beck and O’Reilly are coming from. They could just as easy have sidestepped the issue, rather than taking a position. The way I see it is that both have developed serious personality problems, in that they see themselves as larger than live figures who are for some reason required to have a pontificating opinion about everything. Eventually this will be their undoing, they change from pursuing fact and truth, and from basing their opinion on this quest, to purveyors of a message. What they are doing now is playing right into the hands of the democrats. I have had my doubts about Beck for a few weeks, but this is about the straw that breaks the camel’s back.

I’ve always liked Trump. I don’t know what it is. He has this humane factor that is very real. I also respect the way he handles wealth. Most of us would be dead within a year with his kind of money. He’s a classy man in many ways. Though if I was given a chance to meet someone for a day, it wouldn’t be him.

Yes, the words are there for a reason. To be precise, the document says: “This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding.” As I noted previously, the Government of the State of Hawaii has proven itself to be unreliable when making self-contradicting statements. This document and its statement, “This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding,” is a notable example of such unreliability. The COLB documents did not come into use until, if I remember correctly, on or about 2001. At the time when the Obama COLB was displayed to the news media in 2008, the Department Hawaiian of Home Lands (DHHL) required the submission of a Certificate of Live Birth (BC), because the Certification of Live Birth (COLB) was insufficient without additional verification and validation. In thoe words of DHHL as late as 2009, “In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green,[….] This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.”
This is a classic example of the unreliability of a government bureaucracy where the left hand acts as if it does not know or care what the right hand is doing. The fact that the document says it serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding could not be relied upon then. After this obvious contradiction was brought to their attention by inquiries into the Obama eligibility controversy, DHHL suddenly changed their policies to accept the COLB, which does nothing to change their prior actions or the inherent lack of enforcement against fraudulent birth registrations, certificates, and certifications.
Obama used something for a birth certificate yearrs before the State of Hawaii began to use the computer generated Certification of Live Birth as a substitute for the original paper-based Certificate of Live Birth. Obama has written that he had one of them tucked away in his book. So, this nonsense argument some people are putting forth to claim Obama cannot produce a copy of his original Certificate of Live Birth because the State of Hawaii only produces the abridged Certification of Live Birth is pure deceit. The originals were not burned by the State of Hawaii in an incinerator, and Obama possessed somethig for a birth certificate years before the Certification of Live Birth came into use in Hawaii. And even a cursory glance will show the Certification of Live Birth is a much abridged version of the unabridged information to be found in an original Ceertificate of Live Birth.
So, if the situatoin is so innocent, why doesn’t some enterprising reporter have the guts and respect for the readers and voters to simply ask Barack Hussein Obama II, also known as Barry Soetoro and other aliases, why his COLB displayed to the news media did not have the Barry Soetoro name on it?

A person need look no farther than the fraudulent Hawaiian Birth Certificate of Dr. Sun-Yat-Sen, the former leader of the Republic of China for direct example of the unreliability of Hawaiian birth certificates and enforcement of laws relating to them.
The COLB documents displayed to the news media are plainly evident forgeries and frauds. To assert otherwise constitutes another ridiculous Dan Rather moment in fantasyland. I have used image editing software professionally for moe than two decades, doing retouching and restoration of historical images. The COLB images were computer generated, which is why they were adopted by the State of Hawaii as replacemts for the prior paper documents. Unfortunately for the amateurish forgers, scanning a computer generated document and then editing it in an image editor such as Photoshop cannot be accomplished without disrupting the original pixel patterns. Such flaws in the COLBs are unmistakable in these instances, no matter how you try to discredit the people bringing them to light.
The Indiana appellate court denied the appeal by arguing it agreed the plaintiffs lacked standing and the Indiana court lacked subject jurisdiction. The court’s comments about being a natural born citizen created no court precedent, it was just superfluous commentary serving to promote the political agenda of the justices who wrote it. They knew full well he plaintiffs and the public were being denied any opportunity to rebut the monumentally false assertions being made in their commentary. In one example of the incredible nonsense, they claimed British common-law has always been the common-law of the United States and that the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed it in the notable cases they mentioned. Anyone with an ounce of commonsense and the least bit of U.S. history knows full well that we fought the Revolutionary War to end British common-law in the United States. When Thomas Jefferson authored Virginia’s first immigration laws, he made a point of not using British common-law as the basis for Virginia’s new immigration and naturalization laws. Indeed, there are innumerable sources testifying to the obvious fact that the Indiana courts claims about natural born citizens are absurd in their falsehoods and turning U.S. history upside down like a visit to Wonderland with Alice.

The Democrats in government have made it nearly impossible for any illegal alien to be prosecuted for the forgery of identity documents such as birth certificates. The Congressional report issued by the Clinton Administration in 2000 found that about the only way a prosecutor would even consider prosecuting birth certificate fraud was in cases involving murder and other major crimes of violence. The State of Hawaii has had a reputation for making it easy for illegal aliens to obtain fraudulent Hawaiian birth certificates for about a century now. Evidence of this birth certificate fraud in Hawaii can be seen by simply looking at the Hawaiian birth certificate it issued to Dr. Sun-Yat-Sen, the leader of the Republic of China born in China. The Hawaiian law at the time of Obama’s birth and for many years afterward was quite explicit in permitting a child born in a foreign nation to be issued an Hawaiian birth ceriticate.

Now, you are just denying and gainsaying the obvious. The divorce court and divorce papers said Barry Soetoro was a child of Lolo Soetoro who was still dependent upon him in 1980 for an education even though the child was no longer a minor. The Fransiskus Assisi school registration records the fact that Barry Soetoro was the stepson of Lolo Soetoro attending that school in Jakarta, Indonesia. The child’s surname was the surname of his stepfather, and the court recognized Lolo Soetoro to be the stepfather of Barry Soetoro when it listed Barry Soetoro as the adult child dependeent upon Lolo Soetoro for an education.
The documents are easy to find with searches of the Internet.
