Unsurprising to see the usual leftist scum, as a result of a psychopath’s actions in Norway, calling for the same thing they always do, the silencing of opposing points of view. They need to do this at every chance, and they can’t let an opportunity like the murder of scores of their ideological soul mates be wasted.
They need to do it because they know that in an open forum, where ideas can compete on a level ground, their own ideas turn to mush. They know there is no logic that supports their quest to control. They know they’re all suffering from the same psychotic disease. The compulsion to dominate, and force others to think and say and act like them. They cannot argue such a sick totalitarian objective. They must force their critics into silence.
And if people cannot be so forced, they must be eliminated. Examples- the millions killed by communists last century. Killed because they could not be persuaded to believe in the same sick ideology that the left believes in.
So today’s attempts to turn every event into a means to silence opposition is only a modernised version of the same pathological mindset behind the mass murders of the 20th century.
The man who shot the socialists in Norway was a coward. He killed unarmed defenceless people. But in his psychotic need to kill those whom he disagreed with politically he demonstrated a mental kinship with the left, not the right.
The left have always been killers. Stalin. Mao. Pol Pot. In later times they have heroes like the Bahder Meinhoff gang. Between 1973 and 1995 these communist cowards murdered 34 people they considered right wing, including many secondary targets, such as chauffeurs and bodyguards. They carried out 296 bomb attacks and acts of arson.
The left wear T-shirts imprinted with the iconic image of Che Guevera. A psychopathic communist killer who along with Fidel Castro murdered thousands of innocents in the left’s armed take over of Cuba, a country the left still control and where advocates of democracy languish in jail cells, while leftist “celebrities” line up to kiss Castro’s arse.
In Italy, the Red Brigade, another collection of communist killers similar to the Bahder Meinhoff group, were credited with 14,000 acts of violence in the first ten years of the group’s existence. A total of 75 people were murdered by the Red Brigade. A majority of the murders were politically motivated, though a number of assassinations of random police and carabinieri officers took place, as well as a number of murders occurring during criminal ventures such as bank robberies and kidnappings.
The left’s shreiking attempts to silence critics using the Norway killings as an argument is contemptible on two levels. One, the stark hypocrisy demonstrated by disavowing the left’s bloodthirsty history, and two, in attempting to turn the deaths of their comrades into a means of political advantage.
The Norway killings were carried out by a deranged psychopath. Alone. The killings of the left have always been cold hearted, deliberate and planned and widely supported amongst the followers of that evil ideology.
Sure, the left perpetrators are insane, but its a group think insanity and of a type that has a cold hard calculating foundation to it. Such as Barack Obama’s mentor Bill Ayer’s strategy to kill 25 million Americans so the left can institute in the US the same old totalitarianism as they did in the Soviet Union and Cambodia and China.
There is a lesson that history is struggling to teach us. Never allow the left ultimate power. Its an outcome that leaves the countryside littered with piles of skulls, mass graves, and starved and caged citizens. It could happen again, and if you doubt it, just look at the cowardly lies and smears being spread across the blogosphere and through the mainstream media after the events in Norway.
These people have no moral restraint. They are cowards and liars and psychotics who will stop at nothing to obtain their socialist Nirvana. Just like Anders Breivik killed in Norway, you know too today’s left would kill us all if they are ever given the power and the opportunity. You’d have to be blind to history not to know it.

Beevor points out that Andre Marty, a French communist working for the Comintern,and a controller of the brigades ,was responsible for ordering the execution of some 500 brigaders. This amounted to 10% of the brigades fatalities.He thought they were “fascist-trotskyist” spies. He was heavily influenced by events in Moscow,the show trials.

I’m glad to see that you say that he is derranged. He’s behaviour is not normal and his lack of guilt, empathy or in fact any feelings at all for the slain and wounded makes him psychopathic…….just like Hitler, Stalin, Castro, Mao and Pol Pot. However I’m not so sure he’s psychotic – delusional, hallucinating, etc.

As for lloydois’s contribution, I suppose one would be doing a service by leaving such a comment up, so that all those “refined and civilized” commies at Public Address, and Kiwipolitico, and the Dim Post, and other such free-speech-attacking extreme left hate sites, run by those on the same side as lloydois, can advise on what course of action to take.
In that comment, you can see exactly the mindset I am talking about in my main post- ie, nobody has any right to an “unapproved” opinion, and anyone who expresses one is human garbage due only abuse and contempt. With a mindset like that, the step to mass murder is not any kind of stretch.

Subotai Bahadur over at Belmont Club a few years back coined the acronym TWANLOC, they who are no longer our countrymen. It refers to the thinking of the Left that they are citizens of the world. When they are being frank they say so out loud. But most of the time they whine when anyone intimates that they are less than patriotic. Who are they kidding? The pablum that they’ve been fed forever — e.g. Lennon’s Imagine there are no countries — conditions them to arrive at the thought is that nationalism is the root of all evil.
But it is much worse than that, or else the communist police states would not have a history of mass murder of their own citizens. I say change TWANLOC to TWANLOS. They believe themselves no longer our species. They think of themselves as more advanced humans, beyond human even. When they refer to any on the right as Neanderthals, or even scum, it’s only partially metaphorical. They don’t think of their stance as bigotry, because that would be crude and wrong. Press them and find out that it’s really species bigotry. That explains why they have little more than epithets to direct our way rather than engage us in argument. You can’t talk to a subspecies and expect it to understand you, so they rather dismiss you.

If he’s moderate, that would mean he can identify people to his Left who are every bit as dangerous as you or Nemesis or Keith or me. Ask him to identify those extremists on the Left so you can understand exactly where he stands and why. I’d like to know.

Excellent argument. I’m past arguing with them though. You could ask them that perfectly valid question, but without doubt anything that they responded with would be worthless leftist mumbo jumbo. Socialism has completely destroyed any ability they may have once had to think critically. They are mush brained drones reading from a script. A lost cause, but extremely dangerous in their multiplicity.
