Famed Maricopa County Sheriff and the man liberals love to hate Joe Arpaio has promised to investigate the validity of Barack Obama’s published long-form birth certificate in a determination of the president’s eligibility for the county’s 2012 election ballot.
Tea party leaders in the town of Surprise, Arizona met with Arpaio and reporter Jerome Corsi Thursday morning to express concern that a fake birth certificate would be used to document the president’s eligibility to run in Maricopa County, where Arpaio is the chief law enforcement officer.
The Tea Party group presented the Sherrif with a petition calling for an investigation into the probability that a forged document had been used to back Barack Obama’s inclusion on the local ballot.
It is believed other Tea Party groups across the US are similarly asking their local Sherrifs to investigate the long form birth certificate Obama finally released after Donald Trump turned the matter of Obama’s presidential eligibility into a national issue. Previous to the release of the document, it had often been claimed that no such document existed, and / or that the short form that had previously been released was actually the long form.
Many graphic image experts have proclaimed the newer document to be an obvious forgery.
Arpaio told the tea party leaders the complaint is within his jurisdiction, and he will be forced to investigate. He said he expects political pressure, but he pointed out that as the chief law enforcement officer of Maricopa County, he’s taken an oath to respond to citizens who approach him about enforcing the law.
Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Justin Griffin confirmed to WND that Arpaio is “waiting to receive all the documentation and all the investigative material from Dr. Jerry Corsi, and then he will look into the matter and compare it to the Arizona revised statutes.”
Many states have recently introduced legislation requiring any Presidential candidate to prove they qualify as a “Natural Born Citizen” as the US Constitution specifies. Failure to qualify would see the candidate unable to be named on that state’s Presidential ballot. Anyone caught presenting forged documentation in an attempt to qualify would face serious criminal charges.
Update- this video raises some interesting points on the document Obama released. It is the first in a series of four that the same guy released as he dealt with arguments arising as each of the videos were posted. When people criticised the findings in this video, he released part two, and so on, answering all criticisms quite well in each video. You do not really need to be any kind of expert to see that there are serious questions regarding the legitimacy of the Obama document.

Unfortunately because of media bias, it will be much more difficult to remove Obama. It took 6 years to remove Nixon; if Obama is reelected, I fear we are in for a full 8 years counting down to the destruction of our nation.

Interesting video. The existence of many graphic layers indicated one thing only. The document was doctored. The guy in the video is correct. When a document is scanned in , the graphics won’t be multilayer, however he showed in the video, that the PDF birth certificate he downloaded from the White House is in fact a multilayered graphic one.
