1. Just about sums up the level of debate in this sorry country.

   The commentariat over at Kommieblog have officially lost the plot.

   Just like Animal Farm, everything has to be reduced down to a simple National = good, Labour = bad narrative. National could issue out their own little red books, undertake 5 year plans and open a gulag at Waiourou and still the brown nosers over there would be lambasting Labour because they described it as maroon book.

   • No need to apologise. The above post is one of the few times I have used profanity on this blog but I think its well justified.

     This situation just illustrates so well how the political spectrum has suffered a radical inversion since Key took the Nats so far to the left.

     We have the Labour Party saying what the Nats should be saying and the Nats saying what Labour should be saying.

     We see Nat party blogs like Whaleoil and Kiwiblog awash with allegations of racism towards Labour, when racism is a left wing construct designed to divide us and weaken us and thereby help clear the path to a one party socialist state. Discrediting ideas by calling their advocates names is a common left wing strategy and has been for decades. Now we see National and its supporters going for it like a lizard drinking.

     On the other hand we see Labour tearing itself apart on the issue of racism and distracted from scoring a really good hit on National where they have failed miserably. Labour have been completely out flanked by the National party’s slide to the left, and are actually so fucking stupid they are helping the Nats smokescreen their incompetence.

     Its a fact that Chinese money is flowing into Western cities all over the globe and distorting the market considerably. Sure, housing regulations are a problem, but there are millions of Chinese, and no freeing up of NZ land for housing is going to have any effect on the problem at all.

     In reality all an increased supply of land will do is make the effects of the bubble bursting that much worse.

     But what pisses me off most of all is the arrant disregard for NZers and their traditional heritage and culture. All being sold down the drain to make Key and his bunch of socialist cowards look good on economics.

     The progressive political/ media bloc that rules NZ will protect any other culture and heritage other than those of British descent. There should be a massive backlash against policies that almost amount to genocide. I hope one day it happens. However after witnessing this latest debacle I don’t think it will. Such a lame collective of confused and milling sheep, they deserve to be walked over and relegated to the bottom of the social order.

2. Like I said this is all going to end very badly.

   First the Government has to get to the stage where it cannot TAX or Borrow enough to fund all the services required to keep the majority of non TAX payers happy.

   The super rich are already TAX resident elsewhere.

   Over time the threshold, for people, to want to opt out of being over taxed in relation to the rest of society will drop.

   With less people to carry the ;load. The end result is inevitable.

   You have two choices.

   1. Work to become TAX positive that is you get more out of the system than you contribute. or
   2. You become TAX resident in another Country.

3. Now I understand why all I hear is the word racism when a progressive talks. I thought it was because I didn’t have my hearing aid on. They say nothing before or after the word racism. Racism is becoming a regular cuss word I am tired of hearing..

     • The left are not concern with racism as they are with people that disagree with them to shut them up. I have come to the conclusion they are miserable people that like to make other people miserable. I have also come to the conclusion that the progressives can be down right evil.

       • Yes, did you see where that Christian Pastor has been sentenced to 1 year’s jail fo rrefusing to marry two homosexuals?

         Once again we see Progressives, who will tell you they care about liberty, using the power of the state to force their way upon other people.

         They also profess reverence for “equality”, but once you grant the govt licence to pursue that intangible concept, you give them all kinds of power.
