Lois Lerner is one of the most despicable of Obama’s army of agents working deep within the US bureaucracy. She used her position as director of the Exempt Organizations Unit of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service to influence the outcome of the elections that brought Barack to power. She did this by targeting Tea Party groups for IRS investigation and introducing excessive regulations designed to make it difficult or impossible for them to operate.

In early May 2013, the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration released an audit report confirming that the IRS used inappropriate criteria to identify potential political cases, including organizations with the term “tea party” in their names. Soon after, the United States House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform began an investigation into the IRS.

Lerner was placed on administrative leave in late May 2013. She has since refused to testify (invoking the 5th amendment) in the senate investigation into her actions and was declared in Contempt of Congress in 2014. In June the IRS reported it had “lost” former IRS manager Lois Lerner’s emails to and from other IRS employees sent between January of 2009 and April of 2011 due to a ‘computer crash.’

The lost materials are said to include any communications that may have occurred between Lerner and outside agencies or groups such as the White House, the Treasury Department, the Department of Justice, the Federal Elections Commission and the offices of Democrats.

Then suddenly, the emails have been found..!! They were not lost forever. It was a lie.

The IRS’s inspector general confirmed Thursday it is conducting a criminal investigation into how Lois G. Lerner’s emails “disappeared”, saying it took only two weeks for investigators to find hundreds of tapes the agency’s chief had told Congress were irretrievably destroyed.

Investigators have already scoured 744 backup tapes and gleaned 32,774 unique emails, but just two weeks ago they found an additional 424 tapes that could contain even more Lerner emails. Deputy Inspector General Timothy P. Camus told the House Oversight Committee “There is potential criminal activity,” .

Lerner needs to go down for her attack on the democratic system and her perversion of the taxation system to this objective. I’d say 50 years jail should do it. The real smoking gun (pic above) has been discovered among the recent emails.
